Partipilo Custom Decks utilizes state of the art knowledge, tools and equipment necessary to ensure your deck is constructed properly and will last a lifetime. Owner, Dan Partipilo, stays current on the latest construction techniques, codes and training, In some instances, other builders may fail required inspections needed to make certain your deck is safe and code compliant.

Frequently, homeowners may be concerned about tearing up their yard with heavy equipment and machinery. Partipilo Custom Decks only uses heavy machinery on larger commercial jobsites and will never enter your backyard with anything other than basic carpentry tools. The biggest piece of equipment coming in and out of your yard during the course of construction will be a wheelbarrow.

During construction, every deck frame is meticulously checked over with precision laser measuring equipment. All of our deck frames are guaranteed to be as flat and level as possible with accuracies within 1/16 of an inch. All joists are properly crowned before installation, and once set checked again for any height differences. Any discrepancies are taken care of with an electric planer.

Throughout the entire construction process, every jobsite is systematically swept up and cleaned at the end of each day. Any debris is picked up and properly disposed of. Many of our clients routinely comment on how neat and organized we are.
